maybe a large bookstore like a Barnes and Noble or Borders in the US would carry it. I know here in Canada Chapter/Indigo (the big bookstore chain in canada) often carries UK editions of popular magazines – usually they are delayed by a few weeks and the issue just came out 2 days ago.
