Today I switched to a different forum software which is MUCH better than the one I was using. I was able to migrate all the posts from the old forum to this new one, but for some reason all the BBCODE (quoting, links, images) are busted – if you actually see one of your posts and you go and edit it and save it with no changes, it will actually fix the post. BBCODE in new posts going forward works fine.

Anyways, this software has many more features that a normal forum has such as smilies, PM's, nicer profile options, new/updated post/thread links and way better moderator options.

I hope you like the newer forum, please let me know if you have any suggestions.

does it make you sad that you do not appear in the top posters list at the very bottom right? :)

it looks like if you are an admin or moderator, you are excluded from that list

there is a little wrench icon  at the top of each post and beside each thread in the thread listing on the far right – if you click those you could see all the options to edit/delete/move/sticky posts.

if you watch a topic, it ads it to the little counter under the "Members" link at the top right.. i think it is like Subscribing to a thread but does not e-mail you if there are new replies.
