I performed a forum upgrade today, some stuff might be broken. I noticed some avatars were missing, not sure why – if you lost yours just upload it again. Report any problems in this thread and I will try to get it fixed.

I'm not sure why an upgrade was necessary. I certainly enjoyed the last set up 100 times better than this one.
This avatar that you see now is not the one I had before the upgrade was performed. I tried uploading that avatar again, it told me that the image was too large. I don't know why it would tell me that when the image I tried to upload was exactly 150 pixels wide. I'm trying to get rid of this avatar that you see right now of Megan's face, but I don't know how to do it.
The other problem I have is the count where it tells you how many people are viewing a particular topic on the forum. It bothers me to know how many people are looking at my topic, and it really bother's me to know how many people are looking at other people's topic that they started on the forum. It makes people feel left out in a way. There are people who I like on this forum and it bothers me to know that very few people are looking at his or her topic, when ten thousand others are looking at another topic at the same time. That's quite discouraging.
And another thing. That "Sexiest Woman Alive" topic was a thousand times better before the upgrade. I hate the fact that there are now thumbnails in place of the pictures that were just posted on the board. Half of the pictures are cut off and so are the messages that people left on that conversation. Everything about it is out of place.
The one thing that I like about the upgrade is that outsiders cannot see what's going on unless they sign up and register to become a member. Other than that, I feel that this has been a downgrade. Things were so much better the way they were.

The file is too large is probably referring to the file size not the size of the pic. max size is now 80kb for normal users
I also noticed some posts arnt showing up properly, Im using Opera, the 'fit to width' option helps but its still not perfect.
The thumbnail thing seems kinda pointless it just saves on scrolling time but the page still loads the full size image they arnt true thumbnails

Hmmm, i'm using Mozilla Firefox, the comments looking normal but the site is loading slow at least for me

Thanks for the input. I've been having problems with my host and the forum seemed to be slowing things down a lot, I have just been so busy with work that I didn't have time to attend to it right away.
The upgrade was required due to a security hole in the old version.
I've tried to fix up the image formatting, it will now automatically reduce the size of the image shown to fit within the borders of the post and is no longer cutting off the large images. If you right click and save an image, it will save the full sized image if it is larger than the width of the post area.
I will see what others say about the view count, I am open to disabling it.
I may enable guest access again.
I've increased the size of avatars to 256KB and 150x150 pixels.

the forum looks better now red, at least i prefer it with this visual ;). i couldnt get into the forum these past days, it would say to me "down for repairs", so i just waited for the comeback
