Hmm I am not seeing that, can you maybe clear your cache/temp internet files and try again? If that doesn't work please send me a screenshot and what browser you are using?
Also, you don't have to use the icon to post pictures, I think you can just use the bb code by placing the link you your image in between the img bbcode tags.
