Well
1) She was so behind the cameras in 2009. There was a day like '' A Day Without Megan Fox''
2) She had a lot of pictures from photoshoots, movies, premieres ect.
3) She may want to get relax or she doesnt want people to be sick of her from the beginning of her career
4) After the writing from cast of Transformers, after her sayings about ''Hitler'' Micheal Bay, she or her agency though she should calm down for a while.
5) She may want to change her public image
6) Maybe something that we could never know and never have a chance to know.

I'd go for number 5. I don't think that's reason we haven't seen her though.

I think she's just trying to take a break from the media. I don't think she wants to appear on tabloids every day as she did last year.
Come on, 2009 was insane for her, too much media hype. There was a Megan Fox saturartion on the internet that there even was a Non-Megan Fox day.

i agree with Nico.
& i would like to add that Megan is an actress…that's her job, not her life. if i remember correctly, she isnt starting to film Transformers 3 till next month, so it may well be that she doesnt have any work pertaining to her job that she has to do right now…or, she could be working on something that we'll find out about later on.
meanwhile, i love how she's contributing back to her community with that PSA she did with Brian. it goes to show that even if it may seem that nobody is talking about her in the media or she isnt "in", that it doesnt mean she's sitting at home watching tv all day doing nothing. but hey…its totally okay if she's doing that too haha
