that is very true, i dated my wife for 6 years before we got married, (kinda of a trial period) lol! but no your absoluty right, it is a serious step but honestly nothing changed between us. its no different. except that i dont get to wear my ring that much because im a mechanic during the day and drive a tow truck at nite. but she knows i love her.
