Well I am sure this is pure speculation at this point since the movie is not even written and 99% of the time rumours like this are usually bullshit; but wouldn't this suck if it were true?

The bubbleheaded bombshell’s recent comments blasting Transformers director Michael Bay as tough to work for than “Hitler” — coupled with a scornful letter penned by members of the film’s crew, which slam Meg as an ungrateful brat — could cost the outspoken brunette her job in the upcoming third installment.
Movie industry insiders tell In Touch Weekly, Michael is considering writing Megan out of the series in a gory death scene in the first few frames of Transformers 3 and replacing with another gorgeous young actress.
“Michael’s pretty much discovered Megan and now he’s very quietly looking for her replacement,” the source spilled. “He hasn’t decided if he’s going to kill her off in the next movie, but he just wants to be prepared.”

Just rumours. But it wouldn't be a smart move to kill her.
But i think the transformers saga must end as a trilogy. The genre is so threshed.

What do you thing about it?
I think it doesnt matter if they kill her or not. Transformers must end as a trilogy, they don't have to force the story.
But if a Transformers 4 comes in the future, i'd like to see Megan in it.

I don't know if it will end as a trilogy – i mean, if they can still make hundreds of millions of dollars per film it's like printing money for the studio.. Maybe it will be Michael Bay's last TF film… it's all just speculation at this point anyways.. although i do agree that the franchise is losing its excitement.. same thing that happened with Jurassic Park i guess

I think this will be the last Transformers movie & killing off Megan early on in the movie would be such a dumb idea. Lots of people just see it for her. They might kill her character off at the end or something.

You got me man, how did you know i just watched Transformers movies because of her? 
Yeah, killing her wouldn't be a smart move, and killing her at the beggining would be so stupid.
If they kill her at the beggining i will stand up and go back home. I'd not stay in the theather.

They have to kill the saga 
The saga should end with the 3rd movie, Sam and Mikaela having children and everyone's happy
They dont have to to force the franchise story, because it is losing excitement
