Yeah, he posted that one a few days ago. But it was deleted inmediately.
I can't see if that girl is Megan or not, at least she seems to have the Marilyn Monroe tattoo.
Anyways: There are 2 possibilities:
1) The account was fake, then that tweet was fake, so they are not engaged.
2) The account is real, so this tweet is also real: My response to a fan's question about me and Megan being engaged has gone out of control. Even if we're not engaged, I say we are. -BG… It sounds like they are not engaged to me.

A Tweet supposedly posted by Brian Austin Green in which he announces his engagement to long-term girlfriend Megan Fox is a fake.
Brian supposedly tweeted to a fan on Saturday that he “is [engaged] and [has] a son from [his] previous relationship,” reports Gossip Cop.
The actor doesn’t have a Twitter account, Gossip Cop has confirmed.
While the pair may actually be engaged, fans of the Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles actor and his Armani model girlfriend, can’t use the misleading Twitter as evidence that they plan to tie the knot.
im really disappointed in E!. like OK! did, they should have checked their sources.

yeah, that view of part of her tattoo makes me believe it's her. but the LA! Photos tag is so weird. on google, it's a site where you can buy Los Angeles pictures and posters of celebrities.
i'm glad his page got shut down because posers are no joke. they get the people they're impersonating, into trouble.

ahh…i saw the link on his twitter with the twitpic link saying "i love this woman", but when i clicked it was already deleted.

Well I am sure everything is just a fake. For me Brian doesn't seem like a guy who write next to a pic 'I love this woman'. Also why should they be engaged again?? They broke up ( I dont know exactly) maybe a half a year ago and Megan said she feels a way too you to be married already. So it doesn't make sence at all.

It would make sense for one simple reason for me. I am a man who is 36 years old. The years are overwhelming me, I feel the need of settling down and start a family…
If I see it that way, it makes sense for me… Anyways, GossipCop has reported it's fake, so…

yeah, thats true, he cant "play" with megan´s feeling, if she chooses not to marry him, he has to respect her decision, and shes got a almost whole life in front of her, she has many time to marry, as nico said

Brian's Twitter was fake & that has been confirmed. I have no idea where he/she got that photo however.
I am positive that is Megan in the picture. Its her tattoo & her upperarms. Its actually a super cute picture. She looks so beautiful when she sleeps :)
