"Michael, thank you for sharing your creation with us", that's the only part written by Megan.
That pic is a scan from a tribute book about Michael Turner, who was a comic book artist known for his work on Fathom, Superman, Batman and many other DC comics. He died last year, he had bone cancer.

He worked for DC.
DC has the licenses of Batman, Superman,etc. Those comic books are really old, for example Superman appeared for the first time in 1938.
Fathom is a newer comicbook, it was written in 1998. It was a character created by Michael.
