I have high hopes for this film. Interesting storyline much more mainstream than PP plus half the cast is in Bridesmaids which is doing really well and getting good reviews.

In another interview they mention that they want to premiere it at the Toronto Film Festival. So probably late this year/early next year.

Ahh these pictures make me want to see this movie even more. She looks great. I love that black dress she’s wearing in the second pic. Its pretty much like the one she wore when she was on Letterman I think? But I hate that we have to wait so long to see her upcoming movies but hopefully it will be worth the wait!

And it’s a shame the first reviews of TF3 say that Rosie can act better than Megan.

The ONLY reason Rosie is being praised for her acting is because BAY actually gave her characther something important to do in the movie other than look hot. That is clear. So it’s not fair to call Megan’s acting weak in the franchise since he didn’t gave her characther a chance to do something important to give her a chance to act. According to himself he was going to give Megan this “more important role” in TF3.

In conclusion he gave Rosie the “important job in the film” that was originally for Megan. Maybe to get on Megan’s nerves or whatever but he did. That’s the only reason the first reviews are saying that Rosie is better than Megan because she’s actually doing something in the film other than look hot. What is NOT fair is that people say and act as if looking hot and not act in the movie was Megan’s choice or fault. And it wasn’t. It was BAY’s choice and fault. If he had given her this opportunity, this “more important role” in TF2, I’m sure she would have been praised and would have knocked it out of the park, even more than Rosie since her status is obviously higher and the media buzz would be even higher. So it’s not fair to say Rosie can act in Transformers and Megan can’t.

Has anyone seen passion play? Is it as bad everyone says it is honestly?
I know critics can be harsh I remember Jennifers body got bad reviews but I loved it I saw it twice when it came out in theaters. Jonah hex was ok. I kinda feel bad for not going to see passion play I always try to support her movies

I don’t have anything against Rosie or even Transformers :)
I saw PP is it a good movie? no but is it a 2.5/10 movie like rotten tomatoes and Metacritic say no. I think imdb’s 4.5/10 is closer to the mark. Megan does well she shows alot of emotion and vulnerability. The main complaint people seem to have is about Megan’s ‘sad face’ but I think thats how she was directed to play the character.

I think Michael Bay choosed Rosie Huntington because she is a model, but she’s got acting abilities. Plus Rosie’s got a fun personality that reminds of Cameron Diaz and makes her likeable. Bay is smart, sneaky and vindictive. After Transformers 3 everybody would probably say “even a “stupid” model can act better than Megan Fox.”

On the other hand, there is no one to blame Megan can’t act, nor Bay nor Rosie. Megan’s had many other opportunities since Transformers. She doesn’t play movie characters, she just acts in the movies like herself, Megan Fox, and sounds uncomfortable. That’s really bad.

I think she used in the industry by others as an eye candy, and because of her popularity to bring more attention to the movie to boost someone’s other career.

I’m afraid FWK and other project won’t do anything for her, she needs a leading role, a talent or to marry Brad Pitt.

Totally disagree because in Megan other movies she acted pretty well BUT since people judge her only by her looks and her strong personality, they tend to blame her when her other movies flop when the direction, editing or visual effects are the one to blame.

Plus, she begun in the industry as an eye candy. And? Loads of good actresses today begun in the same way and nobody judged them. In Passion Play she’s not an eye candy anymore nor in her other upcoming movies.

Yep, BAY said in late 2009 that Megan was going to have a great and bigger role in Tranformers 3. And it’s probably the role Rosie tooked, with the exception that they changed the characthers and how Sam met the substitute in the movie. But the importance and more important role Rosie has in TF3 was originally written for Megan.

I think she did! I remember she said in an interview that she debated between getting either Marilyn Monroe or Kurt Cobain tattooed on her arm and she chose marilyn… If she had gotten Kurt that would’ve been awesome I’d love her even more :)

I saw Passion Play last night. The movie was not memorable, but I thought she did a good job playing her character. I still think she can do much better, but she needs better material to work with. Hopefully FWK is that sort of material.

I don’t know about interesting. I was only interested in it to begin with because Megan was starring. It had a nice twist at the end that made the story make sense, but overall it wasn’t that great.

As for how she appeared, well she was beautiful as always, but I think she filmed this during her multiple face “enhancements” and she didn’t look as hot as she did in Transformers. Her pout face was ruined by her lip injections imo. If I sound harsh, I dont mean to be, but that’s my opinion. I still love her anyways :)
