people change as they grow… there’s still no evidence that she’s had plastic surgery. i’m not supporting her or anything, but its just that you guys cant support it yourself either. when she did confessions of a teenage drama queen she was just 16, and now she’s in her 20′s of course she’ll look different. and again of course heavier make up can make her look different too. in allure she has a picture of herself in high school and her lips look the exact same, for the people who question the lips.
