The face is so bloated completely in the fashion week.
And with the new photos she has a narrower face.
This looks even a blind.
So either this is resolved over night, or the photos, play us a trick.

I dont think she did anything before going to Milan. I think she got a peel before going to toronto. I think its called a chemical peel not sure but her skin was looking raw
