Here’s the music video for Eminem & Rihanna’s Love the way you lie featuring Megan Fox and Dominic Monaghan.

    I like eminem the video is very powerful and it makes a statement. I know you guys are hating if you don’t like eminem. It’s alot better then that country crap, no offense to anyone who likes it.

  6. August 5th, 2010 at 22:07 | #6

    O.k… I love the music video, but one thing MEGAN FOX! Couldn’t they get a hot Victoria Secret model like Mr Bay… This would have been the greatest music video ever.. Kanye would came up and said “Rihanna, I’ma let you finish but AF1 Fitness has the greatest workout programs of all time… AF1Fitness.com”

    What powerful statement? Me not liking the song has nothing to do with eminem

    The song to me is too ambiguous considering that kids like both eminem and rihanna. It seems it wants to say domestic violence is wrong by showing you what its like and kinda indirectly pointing out the absurdity of the logic that allows a person to put up with that rather that explicitly saying its bad

    @Rifox
    I’ve watched it a few times now and I agree, especially her face :) (beside the swollen lips and looking skinny) she isnt wearing much makeup and looks naturally stunning.

    The song has grown on me a bit. I think the ending of the video adds an extra element that makes the message of the song a little clearer, still not a fan though and I still think its a song about domestic violence with Rihanna tacked on singing a few cryptic lines in order to appease people

    Its good that Megan let Eminem and Rihanna have a spot in her song lol

    It takes a person who’s, without question, one of the more talented lyricists on the planet to convey the message as potently as Eminem did. There could not have been a better person to deliver those words through such rhythm and pattern as he could’ve. His lyrics get better, the rhymes hidden neatly between the words that compose of what the entire song was saying.

    People can say what they wish on the topic of domestic violence, but this song did not come with the purpose of giving you direct remedies as to how to escape such an ordeal. But rather, its intent was project a fascinating account of the torture and the guilty sigh of pleasure that encompasses a love-hate relationship between couples.

    Megan Fox made for a great mix to portray a woman who’s in the eye of a storm that supplies a lot of voltage. The love scenes and the shouting feed off of each other, showing how a relationship, such as that shown in the video, is a way people cope with each other.

    All of this comes before the part where it is left to your imagination as to how the relationship sustain itself. It then becomes a question as to whether they stay with each other. That’s the part that makes this video a tough story to tell, a part where you are now asked to leave the rest up to your imagination.

    Domestic violence is never fun. That video told a story that was not the exception to that rule.

    Great video, overall.

    I agree, Eminem did a great job with conveying the message with the lyrics and rhythm and collaborating with Rhianna, who herself dealt with that type of violence.Plus, props to Eminem for the first artist for giving Megan a chance to be in a music video!!

Megan looked amazing beautful as always damn the kissing parts to jeliouse lol. she did amazing. Love you sooo much megan

    @Deon
    Any man who raises and puts their hands on a woman are a piece of shit that’s the powerful statement. Rihanna went through it with Chris Brown. I like eminem this song is not bad, it could of been worse. They play this song too much up here where I live. I like eminem’s older work way better.

    I’m happy Megan donated her proceeds to charity.

    this is for those of you dont understand the meaning of the song and think he is promoting domestic violence which he clearly is not!! its a bigger meaning to it then that!!!

    The song is called “Love The Way You Lie” and it features Rihanna. On the song, Rihanna starts by singing, “Just gonna stand there and watch me burn, well, that’s alright because I like the way it hurts/Just gonna stand there and hear me cry, well, that’s alright because I love the way you lie.” From there, Em raps three verses which provide the details of a troubled relationship. There’s arguing, domestic violence, apologies and (eventually) a resolution that those within these types of romantic relationships are probably all too familiar with. Despite the subject matter, Em doesn’t pull any punches (no pun intended, obviously) and does a nice job of driving home the point that domestic violence is a vicious cycle.

    The reason it works, though—and the reason I’d say “Love The Way You Lie” is Em’s most important track to date—is that he sends a clear message about domestic violence without making it so blatant that you’re forced to hit the “Next Track” button. It’s as if Em and Rih-Rih have tricked us into thinking about domestic violence in our society. There’s no intro or outro with Em addressing the subject matter. There’s no bridge where Rihanna breaks down in tears and sings her heart out. They just let the song speak for itself.

    That Em practically made a living off rapping about domestic violence in the past (“KIM,” anyone?) only makes it that much stronger. It gives a lot of those older tracks purpose, almost as if they’ve set Em up to make a statement on domestic violence today without it seeming corny or over-the-top. It’s as if he’s saying, “Here’s all the twisted thoughts that go through the mind of someone that batters a female—are you sure this is what you want? And are you sure that you’re ready to go through this over…and over…and over again if it is?”

    By adding Rihanna—who struggled through domestic violence with her former boyfriend Chris Brown—the song becomes more believable, too. It’s the type of track that will do more than just become a hit on the radio. It’ll give girls (and guys) in troubled relationships something to think about. It’ll get played at schools and shelters and on the radio and generate discussion. It’ll make a difference.

    “Love The Way You Lie” may not be Em’s best song of all-time. It not may feature him taking shots at pop stars, raging against the machine or giving the middle finger to the rest of the world. It may not dazzle you with wordplay or make you want to stand in front of the mirror and rap every word. But when it comes to his legacy, it very well may go down as the most socially important track of Eminem’s career. Of course, only time will tell. But for now: I love what “Love The Way You Lie” says about how far Em has come

    Not bad…personally I don’t care for Eminem (never have), but I will admit I liked the video and the song has actually grown on me (maybe more so because of Rihanna). Good job Megan!

  37. August 7th, 2010 at 13:06 | #37

    You fans are only obsessed because you think she’s beautiful not because of her acting. There are many attractive woman who have not been discovered yet. I don’t think Megan should have not had all those precedures she has had just the one she had with the bump on her nose but, can’t people just be happy with the way they look. If someone has a minor thing they want to fix like a bump on the nose and they want it fixed they should do it. Besides you wouldn’t want Megan to turn into HEIDI MONTAG. Heidi Montag was beautiful before all the major surgery now she looks like a whore plastic barbie. I have natural pouty lips like megan but mine are not done with injections and are all natural, she over did it.

    haha i think its funny how u try to tell me why ima fan of hers, yes she is gorgeous but that is not the only reason we are fans of her, she is talented, smart, kind, honest n much more n i believe she does her best at her job. maybe u dont but we are fans simply because of who she is not just her looks. n im sure most of us in here believe in her to so dont try to tell us why we are fans of her?? u dont kno what we think n stop judging her so she got a nose job n lip injections big deal, women all over do it everyday but i find it funny thaat u put her on blast, n i doubt she would ever turn out to be heidi montag she is much smarter then that. in the end u dont kno exactly wat procedures she got done heck no one knos ppls faces change over time so stop judging because she is a gorgeous woman with a big heart she nvr has done anythin

    @JULIE

    That’s all what everyone talks about mostly is oh she’s beautiful, and oh this and oh that. I’M NOT HATIN’ If she has such a big heart how come Angelina Jolie does so much more than her, when Angelina is a humanitarian. Angelina donated money to Doctors without Borders when the massive earthquake hit in Haiti, plus other charity work.

    I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST MEGAN FOX JUST SO YOU KNOW, Hopefully she’ll make more of a charitable contribution to others besides the proceeds she made and gave to the womans shelter for battered woman.

    ok again she donated her earnings too the womens shlter from this video and megan fox is only 24 years old how old is angelina like in her thirties megan has a big road ahead of her n during that time she can do those things as well angelina didnt start till like couple years ago again megan only 24! still young stop comparing

    Megan has stated she does support some charities but not publicly. She said that atm she isn’t comfortable with that but maybe in the future she will. Thats her business and why should she compete with Angelina to be the most charitable.

    Also for what its worth Angelina is far far richer than Megan

    Angelina started to work with UNHCR back in 2001 when she was 26. But she knew story since 2000, when she was 25. Angelina was quite young when she started to work.
    She once stated that she started to earn money since Gone In 60 Seconds in 2000. So She wasnt this rich when she was donating in 2001, right?
    But I agree you guys that she didnt start a few years ago, and people should stop comparing these women. Seriously!

  46. theguywholovesmegan theguywholovesmegan
    August 8th, 2010 at 02:42 | #46

    I believe that celebrities should TALK about charities. You fucking can give them million dollars but it’s not enough for them, any kind of charities including the ones about refugees. They would spend it a few years, or in years, it doesnt matter. But then the need would appear again.
    But if you are a celeb, a celeb who has a serious power, you should talk about any kind of charities. Because, people can learn the situation in this way. No matter how much money you give, if you dont talk about them, people will NOT know them! But you can talk about them and give them money and visit them, that’s probably the BEST way to REALLY help people if you are a celeb. Celebs can use their power!

  47. theguywholovesmegan theguywholovesmegan
    August 8th, 2010 at 02:44 | #47

    But again, if Megan stars to donate or help in the way that I said, people would probably start to compare her to Angelina Jolie. I dont believe that it’s something what Megan wants in 2010 anymore.

  48. lupo
    August 8th, 2010 at 03:16 | #48

    @theguywholovesmegan
    Angelina comes from a famous family that was rich already, so she never had any debt from the start…but who cares really

  49. theguywholovesmegan theguywholovesmegan
    August 8th, 2010 at 03:42 | #49

    @lupo
    OH MY GOD!
    Her father is an Oscar winning Oscar but he cheated on his wife and left his family. So Angelina’s mother had to give up acting and start to work for her children. She never was rich. She even changed her surname ” Voight” because of his father and because she wanted to create her own career, she didnt want to be known as Voight’s daughter. Anyway, so she never was rich.
    Seems that at least you and I care.

    Haha, just realized that wrote her father is an Oscar winning Oscar haha
    I really dont want to argue about her and Megan, because I hate people who compare them!!!!
